Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Whyte Dog Pottery. Because our ceramics are handmade and fragile, we take extra care in packaging and shipping your items. Below are the details of our shipping policy.

1. Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Made-to-Order / Custom Items: These pieces require creation and firing time. Production takes 4–6 weeks before shipping.
General: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or US holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS & UPS.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.
0-2lbs - $7.00
2-4lbs - $13.00
4-6lbs - $20.00

3. Fragile Packaging Care

Every ceramic piece is securely wrapped in high-quality protective earth-friendly materials to prevent breakage during transit.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Whyte Dog Pottery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Breakage

We insure all ceramic shipments. If your order arrives damaged, please document it immediately:

Save all packaging materials and the damaged goods.
Take clear photos of the broken item and the box condition.
Contact us at chriswhyte@protonmail.ch within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can process a replacement or refund.
